We will also be discussing the latest in AI, what is real, what is hype, what is junk slop, and what are must-haves. AI threatens to change everything — for good and possibly bad. I’ve been building AI-powered features and products for close to a decade. The rise of gen AI with LLMs is one of the biggest topics in product design and development today.
I’m the chief product officer for Bedrock Knowledge, a tech startup that combines courses, open-source intel, and serious gaming.
I was the VP, Customer Experience at Gartner Digital Markets and before then the VP, UX at FiscalNote. I also taught user-centered design at the University of Maryland.
